NON-GUARANTEE  SERVICES

Interrupting the operation of the system for any reason is a waste of both time and money. Therefore, correct and regular maintenance is essential for the long-term uninterrupted operation of your system. In order for your uninterruptible power supply to be long-lasting and provide service for years, it should be maintained by professionals who are experts in their field using original spare parts.

It is only possible to replace the materials (battery, fan, capacitor, etc.) used in your uninterruptible power supply, which wear out over time and have a limited life span, without causing a malfunction, only with periodic maintenance. Another advantage of the consultancy, preventive maintenance and service agreement is that technical support services are faster.

2. Repair Service

 

When a shuttle service is requested during working hours, the shuttle service will be provided within 3 hours for distances of 0-40 km and within 6 hours for distances of 41-100 km. This service does not cover public holidays. If a service request is made outside of working hours, the service will be provided within the next day to the places within the province of Istanbul and within 2 (two) business days to the places outside the province of Istanbul.

 

3. Consultancy, Preventive Maintenance and Service Agreement including Parts

 

The consultancy, preventive maintenance and service agreement, including parts, starts at the end of the warranty period of your uninterruptible power supply. It continues by renewing every year. The maintenance agreement covers the standard maintenance of your uninterruptible power supply between 2 and 4 times a year depending on the power of the uninterruptible power supply you are using and all maintenance-fault calls.

In maintenance agreements including parts, maintenance, all fault calls and replacement materials are free of charge; batteries are charged at a special discounted price and invoiced to you. Our technical support unit will send you a maintenance agreement sample and offer close to the end of the warranty period. The consultancy, preventive maintenance and service agreement including parts is realized in the following 3 basic stages.

For 6 kVA and above devices. The uninterruptible power supplies you are using cover free maintenance 1 time per year within the warranty period. Our technical support unit will send you a maintenance agreement sample and offer close to the end of the warranty period. Consultancy and preventive maintenance are carried out in the following 2 basic stages.

1. Counseling

Developing technologies in uninterruptible power supplies are transferred to users and information is given on necessary issues.
The user is informed about the inadequacy of the uninterruptible power supply due to the power increase in the system it feeds and the working time of the battery after the interruption.
The user is enlightened about the negativities that may arise from the electrical connections of the system to which the uninterruptible power supply is connected (insufficient fuse power, faulty electrical installation, improper grounding structure, etc.).
